About #alt performers

Alt is a broad label for anything outside mainstream style: bright or two-tone hair, piercings, tattoos, punk or emo fashion, or simply an unconventional attitude. For redheads, it often means vivid dyed reds, sometimes mixed with black, pink or purple.

Performers tagged alt tend to have distinctive personalities and rooms that reflect their interests, whether that is music, gaming, art or fashion. If you find mainstream listings samey, this tag is a good antidote.

The performers above are tagged alt and online now. The list refreshes every few minutes. Each card links to the performer's official room on Chaturbate, where following them is the best way to catch their next stream.

Related tags are goth, tattoos and red hair.

Hair colour in this tag can change often, so a performer you remember as cherry red may be magenta or copper the next time you see them. Following them is the most reliable way to keep track. That variety is a big part of what keeps alt rooms interesting from one week to the next.
